Circa 1830, Bohemia, the muzzle loader half-stock rifle with extremely long sighted barell 1150 mm long/16 mm bore with engraving and brass foliage on the top as well as on fore-sight and muzzle ring. A special small „Kastenschloss“ type percussion lock engraved on the cock and breech, signed F.WANGLER IN IGLAU, steel but plate and trigger-guard with scrolled engraving, chequered grip and carved fore-end steel ramrod pipes and trigger- guard, brass capped wooden ramrod.

The "Kastenschloss" has been patented by A.V.Lebeda in 1829 and therefore is here the question if F. Wangler knew this construction or he has also invented the similar one.
